George’s never fails. I’ve ordered 6 times and all six were excellent experiences for me. Great customer service on the phone. Or, easy to order online. The claws were outstanding! Shipped overnight and as fresh as when they were caught. I can’t say enough about George

Why can't I provide an up to date opinion???

I did not think that the claws were up to par on this order, several of them were mushy and had little or no taste. This is the first time in years that they did not meet our expectations.

Package got stolen and then returned to a similar location on the front porch a few days later. I paid the shipping insurance (RIP OFF!) which i was told would cover the product purchased and not the shipping. What good is insurance if it doesn't cover EVERYTHING???!!! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS "FLY BY NIGHT" company!!! After many days of arguing back and forth and even offering to split the $83 new shipping fee, I was told basically too bad! I finally gave in and requested an invoice for the shipping be sent ASAP so i can have the replacement crab claws here by this Friday, June 12, 2026. I was completely ignored!!! Now, I've had to demand a full refund by Wednesday, June 17, 2026, or I will file a claim with my bank for the purchase!!! Waiting for a reply. . .

The order arrived cold, packing was still icy. The instructions were very explicit and Worked. The size totally exceeded our expectations. We ordered a large order for two. The sauce was spot on and scrumptious and plentiful. We ate three meals from this order. My regret is that I didn’t order your pie, will next time, not because we needed but the order was so perfect pie would have enhanced our meal. Please let us know when back in stock.

Delivery was 3 days late, supposed to be here Friday and came hot/stanky on Monday. All the cold packs were warm and product not edible. Refund was provided, so only reason giving two stars as service was (customer) good.

This is the first time I have had a problem with quality of your product. I sent dinner for 6 to Sherry Rust in Navarre Beach, Florida which arrived perfectly on time. She thought the claws tasted a little off but were edible. She went to finish off the next day and they were not edible and had totally gone bad. We have always enjoyed your claws and this was the first time we have had a problem.

Once you buy, can’t get off forever-spam emails. Do not buy from them.

i had to go out of town when they arrive because of the delay so with that said i do not know how fresh or taste they would have been fresh

They were great but l think you need a better way to ship ours was not really cold ice packs were very soft and medium cold it was a two day delivery coming to Arizona we are too hot the ice packs don’t last that long especially being on truck for 3/4 hours l have bought from you before and they have all ways been very good just thought l would let you know Arizona is hotter than most places

Packaged perfectly. We are old and have been privileged to eat stone crab before. These were the largest, most tasty we ever have had. We ate for two meals on this order and I would like to be notified when they are back on season. The mustard sauce was exquisitely seasoned, much better than what I make. Only sorry I did not order your pie, probably is heavenly.

The stone crabs were great. Fast delivery. Sweet tasting and fresh. Had a dinner for 4, it was enough for 3 great meals. Can't wait until I order more.
