Great customer service! Responded to concern within minutes. Very positive outcome.

The crab had black spots over half of order. The ones that didn’t have spots were great but the black spots ruined it

The customer service was fantastic, however I used points, which totaled $75 off, when in reality I should have been offered tge Mother's day free shipping which would have saved me closer to $85 dollars. Also the quality of the medium size claws has definitely gone down over the years. I have pictures of the medium over the lat few years and this years were much smaller than we've gotten in the past.

Slow intro.

Was worried that the Jumbo's were not available when my shipment was being processed. Received a call and a switch to Large and a price adjustment for the difference. Turned out to be a better option. The large size were perfect.

Took care to notify me of possible delay by Fed Exp. No delay was experienced, but was impressed by their concern and attention to make sure everything went smoothly. was notified by my sister who I sent the stone crabs too, that everything arrived on time and it was beautifully packaged.

Everything looks to be in order. Missing the bibs, no big deal! We'll enjoy them on Mother's Day.

Crabs look great. Nice size. Can't wait until Sunday.

Great service and food

Most importantly the claws were fabulous! I did have a potential problem as the styrofoam cooler arrived with a big tear in the side which caused the ice packs to partially thaw. As it turned out the claws were not affected. I contacted George and they were quite attentive to the problem.

i feel that shipping fee considering im an hour from miami to be ridiculous at $65

Great customer service! We are from Miami but have moved to NC. So happy that we can still get FRESH and sweet stone crabs delivered to us!! Thank you George's Stone Crab!! Oh, and the mustard sauce is delicious. Classic sauce, just like I make from scratch but saves me the work!!
