Excellent but I think it would be the best if you had the option of sending them already cracked

The stone crabs were so delicious. There was an issue with FedX but this was their problem in not delivering as requested. As far as i know the problem is/was with the Kernersville NC location. Many complaints re deliveries.

Surprised my neighbors who hadn't had claws in years. They were so impressed by the quality, freshness and flavor. Real good time was had by all. They are on a cruise now, but we are probably going to order again when they get back. Everybody reading this should order confident they are getting premium service and claws

I called to order on Feb 11. , 2026 by phone and spoke to a gentleman very nice snd i gave him my phone number and he verified my name and information i placed tge order for saturday feb 14 between 4-7 pm for delivery. it never arrived and i received a text saying it was deliver not to my house he had put the wrong address so i called them and a lady came out and said straight to me that i had placed the wrong address and she kept repeating i did the order so i got pist and told her i wanted to speak to the manager so they pur me with the guy that took my phone order and he did see the mistake he put the wrong address. so they told me that they would send it on sunday feb 15. i guess it was ok buy it spoiled my valentine date night which never happen.

Rc' d the item. Its was pkg'd as refrigirated and perishable. It will be consumed this weekend. Thank you

This is the second time since December I ordered George Stone Crab and unfortunately a delivery issues both times. In December they showed up five days late. We were able to remedy the solution with a refund an additional credit for my next order but unfortunately, it was delayed once again and I had to beg UPS to do a Saturday delivery otherwise they’re going to come on a Monday. We had planned on enjoying them the day they were supposed to be delivered, so day late they were still good but not as good as they have been in the past. I sent an email but never got a response. I’m hoping to hear back at some point, which will determine whether or not we order from them again.

George's Stone Crab Quality is consistently the best you'll find. Always fresh, sweet and delicious. Their packing and shipping is pretty close to perfect and arrives ice cold and on time. One comment on packing. An extra layer of cardboard in the bottom of the box would be helpful. Two of the large staples used to seal the box penetrated the Styrofoam cooler and caused slight leakage in and thru the bottom of the carton. Otherwise everything was perfect.

George Stone Crab did not disappoint. We ordered our crabs 2 nights before our Target delivery date and got our order on time! They are gave us an upgrade free of charge for Valentine’s! The crab was fresh, packaged well and as good as our last order! We highly recommend them. Thank you George Stone Crab!

Excellent crabs. Better than some I have had in South Florida. Of course they were more expensive than being local but I would order from them again.

Outstanding service, delivery and dinner. Our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter joined us for dinner. We added a few lobster tails and those with the Stone Crab or simply outstanding. Thank you and we will definitely use your service again.
