Some claws were mushy and tasted old. I’ve had this experience with George Stone Crab twice now. May not order again.
Crab was perfect large and Delicious. shipping was on time, can’t ask for more .

We always ordered from another restaurant,, but they were sold out this year,, so I stumbled on George's. I'm sure glad I did. I've never seen such colossal crabs. Easy to pull out, great tasting! The key lime pie was also the best around! This is who we will use from now on.

I can’t believe you actually want to know. The Christmas Eve gift that I sent to my father has yet to be delivered. While I’ve reached out to your company repeatedly, I’ve heard nothing back. I honestly don’t know how you stay in business.

Always a delight. My hometown is Miami but I live in Houston. Home for the holidays and picked up stone crabs from my favorite - George Stone Crab! They were fresh and delicious. Their Customer Service is top notch as well.
Great quality and fresh crabs keep me returning as a customer
The crab never made it to Los Angeles! It ruined our Christmas Eve celebration. There should’ve been follow up with FedEx since the plane never left Memphis that had the crab in it. There was plenty of time , knowing that the plane never took off, that there could’ve been a backup plan to send another batch later that day to arrive the next day on Christmas Eve. We purposely ordered it to arrive a day early so that we would guarantee having it for Christmas Eve. Instead, we sit here in Studio city with no guarantee of the crab showing up. it seems that your company doesn’t follow through with checking with the shipping company on the status of your deliveries. I would’ve thought you would’ve contacted us to let us know the status of the delayed shipment. Instead I had to follow the FedEx app all day while they lied about where the crab was. they said it was going to be delivered by noon and then they said it would be delivered by the end of the day. Not until the crab never showed up did we know the true status of the sad situation. it was bad what FedEx lied and did. And very disappointed. That there was no communication.
Unfortunately, our crab was too dry and stringy.
