Stone crabs

George Stone Crab customer service is horrible. My order was delayed by several days in transit due to a snow storm. I understand they have no control over the weather. Crab arrived warm. Ice had melted. I called, sent several emails with no response. I had the insurance, but the never responded. Thankfully my credit card company removed the charge.

I think I have been a customer for 3,yrs. I found your prices were consistently going uo and you would recoup on air freight charges. When I called an agent they seemed to quote higher packages thatn online. The last order I made was thru Goldbelly and it was cheaper but I realized the crab weight was less. This year your phone agents didn’t convey the feeling that I was a preferential client

Great crab claws

The Colossal crab claws were OUTSTANDING! This was the first time that I bought from George's. The order came early the next morning and was well packed. Their mustard sauce was DELICIOUS too!
