Courtney and team were great to work with. She helped me through the process from selecting the right items, ordering, shipping and even helping with returns. Shipping was quicker than expected only taking a day or two to receive items. Installation is straightforward without need of special tools.

So far my questions are being answered, I’m in contact with the same person as she knows what my challenges are…. . stay tuned for when we actually get the panels up!!!

Only had one damaged panel which was promptly replaced. Was able to return unused panels. Thanks for the assistance with the project! Happy with the results.

It was a pleasure working with Travis, Christina and Sarah in returns. They were there with a quick response to any questions which I had. I will always recommend GenStone to any who ask about my project. Shipping was very easy, a pallet was dropped off in my driveway. I had 3 boxes to return and Sarah couldn't have made it any easier. I highly encourage you to use GenStone for your next project. You can do your research, but you will end up there.

I have called Brian Cassel numerous times to find out why I have not received my 4 additional corner pieces he has said will be shipped and pictures of smaller corner piece designs

I would’ve given a great response, but I wasn’t happy that I had to pay shipping to send back back two panels when the product was flawed. They are expensive to begin with and as a single income household with saving up for those that it was gonna cost me even more. Other than that, I love your product!

Excellent customer support. Thanks Sarah and Rob. Did want to let you know upon cutting one of the pieces, it had a small air pocket with no foam. Not a problem, but if you get a larger air pocket during your manufacturing process, it could become a problem. Take care.

Emily and GenStone were wonderful to work with. In a major renovation, I replaced the exterior siding and trim on my double-wide mobile home. The GenStone Desert Sunrise panels were perfect to replace the "skirting" on front of house that faces the street. I wainscotted the front entrance. My neighbors have raved about how the GenStone complements the rest of the house.

Listened to my concern. We thought it would be fixed quickly but it wasn't, shopping issue, but resent product and was received.

Seems like a good product. It does look like rock. The color we received doesn’t look anything like what we ordered. The colors (and there’s not much difference in the pattern) for each individual faux stone bleeds over into the grout/mortar joint and onto the next faux stone. I could have done better with a rattle can of paint. At least the entire shipment matches in this way. And we’re just going to install it because of time constraints and don’t have the convenience to wait for shipping. I do like this products concept and will probably use Gen Stone, or something similar on another project.
