As usual, speedy delivery, well packaged and exactly as ordered.

Shipping was delayed in a Evri courier depot after reaching the UK. I googled for an EVRI telephone number which cost £6. 36 rather than BT free call. It told me another number to ring for message = FOC. Evri delivered next day. Not happy with telephone charge from my pension!

Ecco was fine, delivery with Evrie was not, may not be their fault. I am pretty sure on occasions when I have had a problem, that the warehouse, is using the wrong round number, and this is what causes the delay

A great sandal comfortable and light weight for the ruggedness of them. This is the 4th ones I have bought over the years and I am still wearing the older ones as well. Arrived within 4days of order, a great service.
