These boots were purchased partly with a voucher from Ecco in respect of an earlier purchase. Ecco's response in respect of my issue was excellent, and on the basis of this as well as their quality products, I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Sadly I won’t be purchasing from ECCO online again due to the length of time it takes to receive refunds. I returned my order at the same time as another order from a similar online retailer. My other order was processed and refunded within 8 days despite the Christmas holidays, yet I am still waiting for a refund from ECCO.

I do not have a local shop so I am dependent upon on-line sales. Size does seem to vary with styles. Good delivery experience. My refund seemed to take longer than other retailers.

Extremely disappointed in the delivery time and in the store experience. The assistant was most unhelpful and I felt as if I was a nuisance. She was abrupt and once she had put the transaction through the till, she handed me the bag with my boots and left me to try the boots on myself. I just took them although my bunion is poking through the leather in the left boot. I will not order online from Ecco again or return to the Buchanan Galleries store. Very dissatisfied customer.

Sizes are consistent which gives confidence online. Quick processing & delivery.

Experiences with Ecco usually great. However there was a glitch in their tracking info. Looked as though the package was not moving (didn't get in touch with Ecco as realised that Black Friday and pre-Christmas packages can take extra time to progress and couriers sometimes have tracking issues). I received an email from Ecco Customer Services to apologise for the delay, they advised that there was a tracking issue with my package but they were following this up and would email me once the matter was resolved. Within a matter of hours, I received an email informing me that the package was at my selected Ecco shop for uplift. Able to uplift it the same day. Excellent customer services!

Everything was A-OK. You reintroduced the model I thought was being discontinued, delivered it fast and safely and left the parcel where I wanted it to be left. A perfect purchase.

Shoes took a while to come. I had to return them as they were very narrow. It took a long time for ECCO to say that they had them, but they then refunded me pretty quickly
