Ok, I was expecting an aerosol spray, with a DWR like scotchguard. This is not, it is a pump spray, and it is a milky white liquid. It does not soak in quickly but beads on the surface. I guess it a wax suspension, like Nikwax. Time will tell if it is effective.

Returned. Too small. Still awaiting refund.
