I've been buying eccos for 22 years. I've found the sizes consistent and the shoes have been durable and most importantly, comfortable. I mainly buy joggers or casuals with one formal pair but I'm up to my 10th pair of eccos and have thrown 2 pairs away after years of use and keeping them longer than one should.

Shipping was delayed in a Evri courier depot after reaching the UK. I googled for an EVRI telephone number which cost £6. 36 rather than BT free call. It told me another number to ring for message = FOC. Evri delivered next day. Not happy with telephone charge from my pension!

Ecco was fine, delivery with Evrie was not, may not be their fault. I am pretty sure on occasions when I have had a problem, that the warehouse, is using the wrong round number, and this is what causes the delay

Never recieved the shoes because they were shipped by Evri. Never doing to buy from Ecco online again.

I just wish you had more shops! I normally have to buy online, but on a minibreak in York in October I was delighted to find an Ecco shop near the Minster.
