Not Good - Very disappointed- Can I send them back?

Shoes took a while to come. I had to return them as they were very narrow. It took a long time for ECCO to say that they had them, but they then refunded me pretty quickly

Shipping was delayed in a Evri courier depot after reaching the UK. I googled for an EVRI telephone number which cost £6. 36 rather than BT free call. It told me another number to ring for message = FOC. Evri delivered next day. Not happy with telephone charge from my pension!

Ecco was fine, delivery with Evrie was not, may not be their fault. I am pretty sure on occasions when I have had a problem, that the warehouse, is using the wrong round number, and this is what causes the delay

Boots are great. Evri delivery however leaves a lot to chance.
