I ordered a kids table. I tried to assemble it. Nothing worked together because the holes didn’t match up to where the screws were. After over two months of back and forth, I am left without answers from them and $120 in the hole for a product that cannot be assembled. First and last time purchasing with them. Beware. Terrible quality of product and service.

My coworkers ordered me a car seat for my baby shower. When I opened it at home the cupholders had been scratched, there was dirt on the side and debris of popcorn and chocolate on the inside. When I reported it to the company, they were quick to apologize and gave me two options. One, I could keep the car seat and receive a partial refund as a credit or two return the car seat for a brand new one. I opted for the second option. Then I was sent another message stating that no alternative car seat was available and was given packing stickers to send back the current car seat. I have sent multiple messages to follow up with alternatives options and have waited 4 days with no response. I have messaged on my existing thread and on their Instagram messages. I don't feel that this company cares about their customer service. I'm disappointed that I can't just speak to a representative. I don't feel confident that if I were to ship the item back I would even receive a credit as promised. This my first experience with Rebel and I'm very disappointed as I had heard such great things. I just hope they change there customer service in the future and hopeful respond to me again.

Stroller arrived missing wheels, travel bag, rain cover, and cup holder. Much of which we could go without if need, but we did select this travel stroller in part because it was similar to a few others we liked, but it also already had the snack tray. But of course the stroller itself is unusable as it has wheels missing. Reached out as soon as we saw, and were responded to very quickly for information on order, then silence and no response back.

This is the 4th stroller I buy from Rebel, not because I have to replace them but because I have a stroller addiction (my partner is fine with my addiction since he collects cars 🤣, I get to collect strollers) and Rebel is the best place because of their unbeatable prices. Customer service is amazing too! Quick delivery!

Reached out multiple times to customer service to assist with a refund and heard no answer and it will not let me process return. Super disappointed as I want to return product because it doesn’t work for my baby this was our first time shopping the site. Now out $150 and can’t return. Will not be purchasing from this site in the future.

After reading a lot of reviews I decided to take the risk and buy a play mat for $150 (paying the extra $6 for shipping protection). It was delivered to a random location in Ontario (shipping address is in BC). FedEx told me to reach out to Rebel and get a refund. When I reached out to customer support Sabrina immediately responded saying my order number did not exist, and has since not replied to my follow-up emails which contain proof of purchase. It has been over 48 hours with no response. I have a feeling they are waiting out the 7 day refund policy. I’ll have to dispute this charge with my bank.

The stroller was in perfect condition and 50% below retail!

I had never used Rebel and was skeptical of what would show up at my door. Pleasantly surprised when my carrier came in an undamaged box and the product in new condition! Manual included. Why would anyone pay full price, especially for such overpriced items!?
