This was my 1st time ordering from Rebel. Everything went great, easy to navigate all the online options, shipping was free and fast. I cannot comment on the actual product as it’s a Christmas present.

wrong item was sent I am so disappointed when I needed the item the most they send me a wrong one and then it has been sold out after. The support is very difficult to reach and can only reach through email

I bought a microscope for my grandson and it's a Christmas present. Package came quickly and looks in good shape. It will be wrapped soon.

I ordered a play gym for my daughter (Green Walnut - 7-in-1 Wooden Kids Jungle Gym Playset With Slide Climbing Net & Swing). One of the pieces was the wrong size, the unit did not have all of the hardware - I had to go to the hardware store to get sort-of matching screws - the swing did not have holes drilled through and is totally unusable. Without the wrongly sized piece the slide does not fit on it. Rebel(stork) was not helpful and disclaimed responsibility. The pic of the piece was not clear enough for them, too much time had elapsed, I was probably misreading the instructions - etc. It was sloppy and poorly constructed. I can't believe they are still selling it. I want those hours of my life back. .

Thank you so much, for your honest and transparent dealing. We ordered an open box mompush wiz 2 in 1 convertible stroller, and it was in very good condition and contained all instructions. However we realized quickly that the raincover portion was missing, and when we contacted customer support we were very quickly responded to. We got 4 options to resolve the issue, including a partial refund of item value, near immediately. Thank you for making this stage of parenting a little bit easier and less stressful.

As a new mom, there's a lot of expensive equipment required when you have a baby. Plus, I like to do my research to ensure I get a quality, well-reviewed, safety tested, well known brand. Rebel has been incredibly helpful in acquiring the exact item we need at a far better price than a particular baby store that I won't name. We always check Rebel first when we're looking for the biggest purchases for our baby.
