I had a nightmare experience on my second order. . . received the wrong item with an extremely damaged box and could not get a real person with support. The AI gave me contradicting information and I was so angry. Then a couple days later, I was offered a refund, replacement, or credit if I shipped the very heavy package back. . . which I was willing to do but not looking forward to as I am almost 38 weeks pregnant. I woke up today with an email from support telling me they gave me a refund and I could donate the wrong item to charity with 15% off my next order! Talk about great customer support and changing my experience from a horrible one to a great one. 🙌

Cute quality product that works as described. I especially like that you can put tension on the wheels to slow it down from slipping out from under our baby when she’s trying to stand and walk. It’s also very adorable and fun to cart other toys around.

Got something at a great price (so I thought) however 2 weeks later it went down in price some more. With their red tag deals the price is final and since it’s been last 7 days there’s no refund. I am grateful for the lower open box prices available but if they drop even lower and I miss out on the opportunity it makes me not want to quickly purchase from them. Or perhaps browse on Facebook marketplace first. Won’t be in a rush for my next purchase but will keep an eye.
