Hi Our Place Team, Unfortunately, our experience with the Titanium Mini Always Pan Pro has been extremely disappointing. We purchased three pans from the Titanium range (1 from me and 2 from my wife) and followed the seasoning and care instructions exactly as provided. Despite this, all three pans continue to stick badly during normal use. We can't even fry an egg without it sticking to the surface, which is not what we expected from a premium product marketed for its non-stick performance. Given the price point and the claims made about the Titanium range, we expected a significantly better result. Instead, we've found the pans frustrating to use and, as things stand, we would not purchase from Our Place again or recommend these products to others. To be honest, at this stage we would be more interested in discussing a refund than leaving a positive review. If there is a known issue with our pans, or if you believe they may be faulty, we're happy to hear your thoughts. However, based on our experience so far, we're likely going to have to replace them with an alternative product. We look forward to hearing how you would like to address this.

Took over 2 months to receive the frying pan, but when it arrived it was everything I expected, cook’s beautiful and cleans easily, very satisfied

We certainly loved the product at first, but were surprised after a couple of months use - while being super careful with handwashing and only using non-scratch utensils - how fragile the non stick surfaces were. We only have an electric cooktop, and this makes it very difficult to control max temperature, so after reading a stack of mentions about ceramic non stick pans on Google, we realised that perhaps it was the heat damage. Pretty disappointing really. Probably would have bought fewer or different items had we known. Just disappointed that such high quality expensive cookware can wear so easily. Lost confidence in ceramic.
