I really love the look of this - so much better to have on a benchtop than others on the market. Also the functions seem to work quite well - love that you can add a little water for steam cooking. The shelving is a drawback though - they often fall from one level to the next, due to the indents not being significant enough in the walls. It’s a little frustrating, and means you have to be SUPER careful putting things in so they don’t fall down. Also - if you’re used to the air-fryer where it has the handle and you pull out the entire draw to give things a good mix (e. g. chips) - that’s not possible with these as all the inserts are shelves, and aren’t deep basket types with sides where you can move them around. If you did that with these, they are going to fall off! Great for an air fryer toastie / air-fried tofu that doesn't need moving! Shipping and packaging were next level. Beautifully presented, like the look of the oven :)

I am very happy with my wonder oven and I bought one for my daughter for Christmas. Just after that my light stopped working and I contacted Our Place to get a replacement light. They were more than happy to help and even though my oven was out of warranty they did everything to rectify the situation. Very happy customer.

It works as described. It can tend to look a bit dirty after some use, this doesn’t bother me.

I keep telling myself why I didn’t get it earlier. They are totally non-stick. even with tiny bit of oil The egg flip perfect even with scrambled eggs slide right off the pan. Overall 10 out of 10 and you don’t want to miss this in your life. Every household should get those you don’t need any other pan.

The pan itself heats well and retains heat to cook meals well. However cleaning is significantly more difficult, due to the 'rivetted' surface, with messy or crumbly meals (like paella or schnitzel) becoming difficult to clean in hot soapy water and not scratching the surface.

Arrived well packed and with instructions, happy with the service and was easy to checkout
