After receiving not one, but two, damaged Wonder Ovens (both the original and the replacement were visibly damaged and dented), we were only offered a $30 refund to keep the second damaged oven. After a drawn-out process of waiting for replacements and responses from Customer Service, we are still left with a damaged Wonder Oven and no resolution.
