Good design, some issues

Shipping and service very good

good

Fantastic - the only complaint I have is the currency conversion to aud cost me a lot more than the price on the website . I paid nearly 1k nzd when the shop prices were stated at $650 ish . . but they are with the money

Super fast delivery and great price

Big fan. Repeat customer.

Excellent product but shipping very slow

Your pan works as intended.

Great

So far the product is OK, I'm not that happy with support. I did report some concerns after the first use and sent photos read below and see attached pictures "I cooked something very simple (pancakes) and followed the instructions carefully, including the recommended preheating process and using butter. The cooking itself went very well, and I had no issues with the pancakes sticking. However, I was quite surprised by what happened afterwards. I followed the cleaning instructions and watched several videos, but after around 20 minutes of cleaning and scrubbing, I still cannot get the pan back to what I would consider a clean condition. I have attached photos showing the pan after this cleaning. " I'm pretty sure I received an AI response, which I'm not claiming is bad information. But I wish someone would review the answer. I do not know how to describe it; I think I do not like the AI's empathy, and I wish I had got an answer from someone who cares.

Easy to use website and delivery was quick. Very happy with the service.

Already done above!

Really poor delivery service, I never received my order

A wonderful addition to my home.

Shipping was efficient, everything was excellently packed to ensure it arrived in perfect condition!

Excellent service

Excellent quality, well made. Love it!

Super quick delivery, packaged well so no damage during shipping and all recyclable.

The finishing on the logo is poxy, poorly done, cheapens the look of an otherwise very nice pan. Would rather the logo no be there at all really. These pans don’t feel as well made as their other cookware.

Simply the best! Love these plates and bowls! Adds class to our home kitchen!
