Disappointing producs

A beautifully made high quality pan which really does look as though it will last a lifetime but it's not perfect. It cooks well and is easy to clean but there are some unexpected issues. 1. It's not nearly as non-stick as the promotional videos suggest and, when frying eggs, they do not slide off as easily as shown. 2. The pan is very heavy, making it a bit awkward to use. 3. The small handle at the front gets very hot, as does the knob on the lid. It's definitely not as good as the advertising suggests and quite expensive.
