Look forward to cooking without the scrubbing

I already wrote the review. In summary impossible to clean properly after cooking meat due to the hexagonal raised pattern and now no longer non stick.

Hi, I love the 2. 0 pan, it is light, well designed but I have had a lot of trouble cleaning it? there is food burnt/stuck on the bottom surface that I can not scrub to remove. When cooking theoil seems to pool around the edge of the pan leaving the middle 'void' of oil or butter to cook the food. Please advise why this happens??
