Wonderful oven to use. Very simple and cooks to perfection. Great service and delivery. Yhamk you.

After months of research and despite the considerable cost I bought the set of 3 Our Place titanium frypans with lids. They are as good if not better than the advertising. Strong durable, easy to clean, effortless non stick. I have a matt -saphire induction cooktop and needed a fully stainless steel smooth bottom on cookware to avoid metal transfer during cooking. So finding the right frypan that also allowed me to use high temperatures was difficult. many other frypans suited to induction disallow high temp. But these frypans have risen to the challenge. The small is great for eggs or 2 fillet steaks, (the later seared and cooked perfectly!) The medium size perfect for nearly everything else I do, I have used it on the cooktop and then transferred into the oven to bake and it was great. The large will be a sometimes use when I need to cook for more people occasionally. The lids fit fantastically and the only improvement I would want is a glass lid to be able to see whats going on in the pan. Bonus having 3 high quality silicon and stainless steel spatula/lifters delivered in the set. Couldn't be happier.

I thought it would take two maybe five weeks to arrive but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within the first week. Great service

Problems with delivery couriers. Otherwise all good.

Good communication and prompt shipping.

Quick shipping within 2 weeks

We have purchased the 10 piece titanium always pan pro set. This is the best cookware that we have ever purchased and easily performs beter than our previous pots and pans from analon or scanpan. Further we have found the company to be exceptional to deal with, we had a small issue with our delivery and the Senior Manager of Customer Experience made contact with us proactively. Not only is this one of the best cookware sets that we have had, but we have also had one of the best consumer interactions with a company ever. If you are considering Our Place or From Our Place (Australia) we highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed with the quality, performance or consumer support.

Easy and quick shopping experience.

very well overall thank you

Excellent service. Still experimenting with my pan so it's too early to say if it's everything I hoped it would be.

It was so easy buying the wonder oven from Our Place, the website set out all the options well and there are great resources on YouTube to get me started with it.

Our Place was fantastic when a small problem occurred. They gave immediate replacement and paid for return mail. Sent a new pan immediately. Great service and excellent product . I love my titanium pan 💕 Thanks Our Place

The packaging was incredible, personally a bit overdone.

The experience with Fromourplace. au was so easy and I had some email correspondence with a lovely lady who was very helpful. The pan I bought does exactly what was advertised which is great.
