Everything worked well. The delivery was on time. The product is what I ordered. Completely satisfied.

The carrier did not provide ongoing notifications when they attempted to deliver my package so I didn't know they were trying to deliver outside my office's work hours, until I manually checked the tracking link I was initially sent. Then, they delivered less than 15 minutes before the building would be locked for the night, and left my package in the common hallway outside my office door, as they were instructed NOT to do. Somehow, the package was stolen during that time, even though there was likely no one still on the floor at that time. Fridge-Filters sent out a replacement order at no cost to me to a different address that I have to buzz delivery people in for, so hopefully it will be delivered as expected in the next few days.
