Hi, The transaction went smoothly thanks to Kate's exceptional customer service. She deserves all five stars in this review. I should mention that I was initially shipped (from Edmonton via ground - one week ) a non-programmable thermostat for air conditioning or heating instead of a dryer bearing. Kate did her best to ship again, this time from Mississauga, so I received it the next day. Thanks Kate. Your logistics are not working well. It's poorly thought out. I'm still waiting for the promised return label to send the wrong item back. It seems they forgot!
