Shipping was incredibly fast and the product was priced fairly and it was a direct, perfect fit in my oven!

The auto ship feature with Fridge-filters is great, however the last filter we received has become a dribble after less than 30 days; we are hoping there is a warranty of some kind. . . this is only the 2nd filter we've received so still new as to how this works.

Actually had to order a second time as th shipper “lost” the package. Fridge-filter staff are very helpful to identify and confirm that there was a problem in shipping and provided a full refund for that first order. Second order there were zero issues and everything is now repaired and working great.
