My charms arrived within two days ๐ f my ordering them. The online shopping was a breeze and I am so happy with my purchase.
I recently was given a beautiful amethyst bracelet for my 60th birthday. I love it. Recently i broke it doing something that does not require wearing jewellery. I was so upset as it was given to me by my best friend. So instead of telling her i set out to replace it. I wrote to the company and they were so kind and thoughtful with my dilemma. They promptly responded to my letter and without hesitation they said they would replace for free. I was gobsmacked. So after a few photos and descriptions they have organised to send my bracelet at no cost. I was only too happy to pay for my silliness but they said we are happy to replace. I cannot believe in this day and age that this company FRANCESCA could be so understanding. From now on this is my go to site for all my gifts of jewellery. Thank you Liz and the team for everything. My Ombre Larimar Bracelet, which I had ordered last year in May, is broken now, and I have to order another one. Hope this looks fresh and new. not like the old one, which looked used.
This is beautifully designed. The Rose quartz is soft in colour and goes nicely with my other Francessca bracelets.

I purchased multiple pieces from Francesca Jewellery over an 12 month period and unfortunately every single item has failed in some way. Iโve had earring latches snap off, a stretch bracelet break with beads going everywhere, and both my ETCH necklace and bracelet deteriorate far too quickly. The pendant detached from the necklace, the surface scratched excessively despite normal wear, and the bracelet went from a shiny gold finish to dull and discoloured โ to the point I felt embarrassed wearing it. For a brand that presents itself as premium, the quality is extremely disappointing and doesnโt match the price point at all. It feels like youโre paying for branding and packaging rather than durability or craftsmanship. What was most frustrating was being asked to pay $36 + postage just to replace a faulty link โ after the product had already failed. Overall, a really disappointing experience. Beautiful packaging, but the jewellery itself does not last.
