Very easy to order

Very positive experience from order to receiving thank you

Very professional business to deal with.

I have found all staff in store and online ordering to have been great.

incredible customer service online. They are very helpful.

I highly rate the gold filled bracelets made and sold by Francesca. I have 2 rose gold and 2 yellow gold. They wear well due to their quality and workmanship! Thank you.

Perfect ! Sent to New Zealand, packed beautifully & only a few days to get here. A happy customer. Thank you

no troubles, it arrived quickly and well presented.

Always super fast and beautifully wrapped

Easy and fast shipping.

Fast customer service as always

I brought these on pre order and they arrived even faster than it has said. Thankyou.

Easy to place the order and delivery was very quick.

Bought these for my Francesca hoops and they are delightful. A gorgeous green that gets compliments each time I wear them. So happy!

Delivered on every aspect as promised. A few too many marketing emails though.

Shipping was very fast

I love the simplicity of this charm on my chain. Looks great either with dressy or casual. Bought the gold and its beautiful.

I love my new earrings. I put them in when I got them and have not taken them out. They are just so beautiful

I bkame myself for not really the full details and measurements of each item. This was a gift for my 23 yo daughter and it is better suited for a young girl. The beads are tiny and the charms are so small the detail on them is lost. Expensive for what you get.

Was shipped promptly without any problems I must say well packaged for the journey too
