Even though the bombs were ringless, a ring was attached to the bomb when I unboxed them.

Have had issues with shipping in the past but Fragrant Jewel always makes it right.

Love the products. Most candles are strong and fragrant and rings are unique. Candles are better than rings (some have tarnished), but they are still pretty and a fun surprise. FJ dropped the ball for subscriptions when they had the surprise candles. They brought back themed candles which is GREAT (otherwise would be 3 stars), but the last two months have not given a description of the scents used. That’s my BIGGEST complaint currently. I’d prefer not to guess what I’m smelling, which was a the problem of the surprise sets. Both have also been stickers on clear jars which is fine sometimes, but hopefully better containers will be used soon. Overall, still a fan and frequent customer!

I was extremely pleased with this. The set was nice, it smelled pretty, a caramel type, the bomb was bright and two very pretty colors. and the best part for this past months order, was when a ring metal came incorrect, i was answered by customer support the very next morning and the rings were immediately replaced and also shipped out extremely fast! I received the replacements before the end of that same week. Thrilled.
