The customer service team was amazing, the mail carrier lost my original package, and when I reached out to the customer service team, they were very polite and helpful. They replaced the items they could and refunded the items they couldn't. I was upset that I didnt get the yule ghoul, but I was refunded and have since enjoyed the mystery box and the lump of coal and the Nutcracker candles.

These bath bombs are the best!! They completely dissolve in 10 minutes, have a magical surprise ring waiting inside, and never disappointed my expectations. Love the smell it was a softer smell, so it didn’t overpower the house from the moment you lit the candle. All it was enjoyable for those that are sensitive to smells, and it could be lit for long periods of time without bothering people.
