All of their bath palms arrive in a quick manner. They last the entire bath. They are big enough to enjoy a full bathtub of relaxing agents and aromatherapy.

I have been a member for a while. I love their products. . . Now so does my son. We both use the bath bombs. I enjoy the candles.

I love the store and the whole shopping experience, however the quality of the rings could be better when you have your sales. Just because you have sales doesn’t mean the quality of the rings should go down. Speaking from a previous customer who quit shopping here for that reason and found another company that does the same thing and theirs is stainless steel which doesn’t tarnish. Might be a good idea to look into these as well.

Smells so good

I wanted some really small hoops I could wear all the time. So far so good. My ears are VERY sensitive and I’ve been able to keep these in. The delivery company was awful — they threw the box against my screen door. But because FJ packed it so carefully, nothing was damaged.

The customer service team was amazing, the mail carrier lost my original package, and when I reached out to the customer service team, they were very polite and helpful. They replaced the items they could and refunded the items they couldn't. I was upset that I didnt get the yule ghoul, but I was refunded and have since enjoyed the mystery box and the lump of coal and the Nutcracker candles.
