I've always had good service with FJ. The shipping is quick and on time, and when there has been an issue I've been able to get it resolved quickly with support. And all of the items are very good quality

So easy to order from and every piece comes packaged nicely The bath bombs remind me are like going to get a spa pedicure ♥️

Shipping was well packed again, arrival time was very quick

Fragrant Jewels packed it well, shipping did show up quickly, the shipping company contracted that did the delivery did not care at all, it arrived completely busted up and in the wrong delivery area, they left it out in the rain with the damage holes they put in it and broken sides of the box . . . . but Fragrant Jewels absolutely double bubble wrapped each the candle and the bath bomb.

Replaced the entire set immediately after original broke so that the ring was too dangerous to retrieve, packed very well by the company, the shipping carrier gave zero craps about the package or its care, but Fragrant Jewels themselves, definitely packed it very well

Came well packaged, fairly quickly arrived.
