Well packaged and delivered within timeframe

Customer service is a joke. 100% regret. Your company sucks.

Customer service needs to be more efficient and timely. Reliant on only email service and offering no direct phone service it lags others. One example is Amazon. ca and Amazon. com. They offer both online and quick follow-up via a live agent over the phone. Very efficient and timely! Truly great customer service through Amazon! Do better Ooni!

Always great service from Ooni!

Terrific

Board arrived broken and split. I was then sent 3 more boards which also came damaged. There is no quality control done and the packaging is not sufficient to ensure it arrives undamaged. Customer service did their best to correct the situation but without the proper quality control and inspection at the warehouse and proper packaging the board did not arrive in a good condition.

Quick shipping was great

3. 5 for us

Whole experience was great. . . A++

Was very happy with service and shipping experience

Excellent service and quick responses! Ooni really cares about their costumers.

Delighted with our Volt 2 - have done around 6 bakes so far. I only removed the stone once (very carefully) to clean off piece of spilled cheese, but otherwise leave it in situ. Considering problems other folk have reported, might Ooni consider teaming up to stock the Biscotti stone as a safe option?

I love this pizza oven! It is well built and solid. I like the dual fuel option. It gets up over 900° with ease. And the pizzas I’ve made rival any gourmet pizza restaurant I’ve been to. I also like that their website is easy to navigate and has cool features like recipes how to use and a dough calculator for making batch dough. So, give it a try you definitely won’t be disappointed.

still learning to optimize the oven
