Absolutely blown away by both the Ooni Koda 2 Pro and Ooni as a company. We’ve already had such a great time with this oven — making pizzas, having friends over, experimenting with different recipes, and turning pizza night into something that actually feels like an event. The Koda 2 Pro is incredibly fun to use and produces genuinely amazing pizza. But what really made me want to leave this review was Ooni’s customer service. I had a small issue with the ignition system on my oven and reached out to their support team. From the very beginning, they were phenomenal. They walked me through troubleshooting, offered everything necessary to get the issue resolved, followed through, and ultimately went far beyond what I ever would have expected from a company after a purchase. I genuinely can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this good. There are a lot of companies selling great products, but the real test is what happens when something doesn’t go perfectly — and Ooni absolutely nailed it. I came away from the experience with even more confidence in the brand than I had before. Amazing oven, amazing company, and truly unparalleled customer support. I would recommend Ooni without hesitation.

As a competition bbq cook, I love cooking with wood and charcoal, but its nice to have the option of using natural gas on my karu 2 pro

Great! Fast delivery and a great product.

Great product and arrived quickly. Well packed and no damage in transit

Best oven, best customer service I have ever dealt with. EVER. IN THE WORLD! Or like my now pizza fan boy would say, in the whole galaxy to the Moon and back! Upgraded from an older pro16 to the koda 2 pro, this new oven is a beast! I love the brand so much that I have gotten a couple Kodas for family members who are now all complete fans!
