Great Pizza Oven, Ooni are the best !

Difficult to Achieve Evenly Cooked Pizza The pizza oven produces decent results, but I experienced a few issues during cooking. The pizza base takes a long time to cook, which may indicate that the stone is not reaching or maintaining a sufficiently high temperature. At the same time, the edges of the pizza tend to burn much more quickly than the base cooks through. I tried lowering the heat to prevent the crust from burning, which helped with the edges, but it made the problem with the undercooked base even worse. As a result, it was difficult to achieve a pizza with both a properly cooked base and evenly cooked crust.

Reasonable. Never received the Victoria Day promotional items (bamboo peel, cutter)which was a bummer. Not easy to get in touch with support either and eventually gave up (too much effort for following up on 2 items)
