I ordered some hoodies as a Christmas present. It seemed they may have been lost in transit so Jan from Customer Support helped me get an overnight ship in time for our early Christmas celebration. It took several phone calls because the original items were out of stock but Jan patiently worked with me to get the gift here the next day. The quality of their clothing is excellent. My grandson was over the moon happy with his gift. I highly recommend this company.
