Return process unclear. Hard to reach a real 'person'

I purchased Fox knee and elbow pads from Amazon. They are comfortable, but since I live in the tropics, the material gave up, the humidity and warm destroyed the padding insert. It just cracked. I dont usually go to extreme trails, so I only used them for about 5 rides. Left them, months later found it cracked. You must paid attention to materials used on items, specially on the tropics

Bought new set of gloves they disintegrated in two hrs n then turned sticky causing wife to whiskey throttle n lay her bike down.
