The Fox Speedframe helmet is a fantastic helment and great piece of gear. Riding in excessively hot weather, I, and not only I, am running into a design flaw that I wanted to bring to the Fox product team's attention: The liner collects sweat from the forehead but because it is relatively small and narrow, once the sweatband is "full" of sweat, it brakes like a dam and releases vast amounts of sweat, all at once, from the area of the eyebrows down into the eyes. I am experimening with solutions to this issue and sent an email with pictures to the Fox customer support center, asking to forward my comments of how to use hard-hat sweatbands and suggestions how to make the product better for future iterations to the appropriate product team member. I am not sure if customer service is now fully run by AI, from the answer received, it wasn't fully clear if the person/bot understood and has or has not forwarded to the product team. I was attempting to be helpful, not a difficult customer.

I’ve been buying Fox gear for years. The website is easily navigable and intuitive. Shipping is prompt in most circumstances. I had an issue with a gift card one year, the service team fixed it right up for me.. the gear is always improving and having good safety equipment is important to me. I Would 💯 recommend Fox to anyone.

I have a brand new helmet. Brand new. It was sold to me without the cheek pads from my local dealer when I bought a quad. All I’m looking for is the cheek pads. I’m not buying into this “expired helmet” my kids 10. He’s not going crazy on his dirt bike. This helmet still has the stickers on it. It been indoors since we got it. All I wanted was some advice to order cheek pads. Not buying a new helmet. You and my local shop just want to sell me a new helmet. I’ve tried ordering a few on Amazon. None of them fit cause I can’t figure out the size!

I bought a pair of 'comp' motocross boots and rode in them one time.. The boots now have a hole through the toe of them from simply shifting gears because the material is breaking down and literally falling off the boots like play-doh... They are in perfect condition otherwise. I contacted the company about a warranty replacement and they called it "normal wear and tear”... Unbelievable.
