The website, products, and feedback I received were as expected, but unfortunately, I couldn't get assistance here in Brazil, so I will continue to have to accept the defective product.

I ordered a package and it got lost in the mail, I called fox and they fixed it but I still ended up waiting for a gift thst was then late.

Bought a pair online from a vendor in Florida and they turned my hands black and were no good after 2 weeks! Tried several times to return them through !the vendor but they refused! Contacted Fox and Natalie helped me out with what I needed to send in for a warranty replacement. She was excellent! I’ve used these gloves for years probably bought 30 pairs through variety of vendors and Fox never have had a problem till now. Please never stop making these gloves they are the only ones that fit me!

Site easy to navigate, order process smooth, customer service good. As a material planner myself with over a decade of experience in logistics. shipping was extremely slow. At max anywhere in the US should not exceed one week to arrive. When a customer has to pay for shipping for your product it should be priority.
