I’m a big fan of Fox Racing products and currently own around 15 pairs of MTB pants. However, availability has been a recurring issue. I frequently receive promotional emails advertising discounted items, but many of them don’t have a full size run available. In some cases, products are displayed even when no sizes are in stock at all. It would be great to see improved inventory management and more consistent size availability. There’s clearly strong demand for your products, but when customers repeatedly find their sizes unavailable, it naturally reduces purchase intent over time.

Bought a new Fox Rampage RS Vision Limited Edition helmet. I upgraded from my previous generation Rampage Carbon Pro helmet. My new Rampage RS is much lighter and imo much more comfortable for ME as well (comfort is totally subjective). I was assisted with my order by Henry also, who provided fantastic customer service! 10/10 I highly recommend Fox and their new Rampage RS helmet!

First belt I ordered was too small. I called them up. They sent me an email. I got a return rep. Purchased the next size up. Everything‘s all good nice people very helpful. The belt was top-notch material and well-made

Have not responded to 2 emails regarding gloves that were shipped and did not receive a return email. . . . hmmm

I wish I knew this before going in. I wish they specified this so I didn't waste time and $10. Fox helmets are very small and they're made for oval head shapes not round. I didn't know that. So the helmet didn't fit me. It's like my dream helmet and it sucks. The helmet otherwise is excellent. It was really pretty. I wish it was whiter though it was kind of grayish white. But yeah that really sucks.
