Fox staff employees Henry and Kiely were professional, kind and prompt to send me a replaced shirt which I received in NC within two days. When the lost package arrived at my house, I contacted the Fox staff who kindly told me there was no expectation that I return that previously purchased shirt. Excellent customer service!
