Quite smooth experience. Great prices on a lot items but often found products on sale to be limited to no stock. Some confusion in the differences between products such as V1 MX helmets. It couldn’t be easier to compare differences between products.

For some reason, my order wouldn’t go through online but the sales representative I spoke with provided top notch, 5 star service!

The customer service is outstanding! I have sent a few questions regarding adjusting the visor and removal of the pads within the helmet and received a response within one day. For me, customer service plays an important part of where I spend my money. I plan on continuing to purchase Fox Racing gear.

Use to be free shipping if you spend $100 Cad. Not anymore though, 12 bucks for extra pay for shipping is steep for a regular customer.
