Everything was good except when it came time to do a return no one got back to me after several emails after following the process online. Finally gave up and called and she took care of it right away!

However there was non in my daughter’s size but he did find another one that was identical in colour. He gave me the kind of customer service that brings people back. FedEx delivered my helmet to the wrong house at no fault of Fox. Jan in the customer service department and got got a new helmet shipped out almost immediately. Fox could not have handled it better. 10/10 will purchase from them again!
