I would give a 5 because we love the pizza oven so much but our shipment was missing all the nuts and bolts and had dented parts. We understand bumps can happen during shipping but it took 2 weeks to get parts from NC in the US. Parts should have been shipped next day priority. Our pizza oven sat taunting us for two weeks.

We have used our Mangiafuoco Wood-Fired Oven for about 6 months. Our installation location was difficult access so we needed a lighter weight oven. I was nervus about performance but this oven truly performs. Easy to light, makes really great pizza and the quality of construction is really good. I do recommend the Saputo stones, they are much better quality. We also paid for full stainless. There are many good ovens but the reason I am witting this is for the quality and fantastic customer support by real people. Our oven arrived damaged and they immediately sent a replacement part. Prior to purchase and after purchase a real person answered all of our questions. When I call a real person answered and they cared about me. Great product and great people.

On time delivery of the oven. Great upgrade to the new saputo stone floor for the oven. A couple of friends have also purchased this oven. We are looking to buy another one for our Seattle home.

Great company for everything wood fired oven!

I originally had problem with igniter on my maestro 60. I used lighter to start oven. It got to over 800 in 30 minutes, and the Saputo stones were also over 800. Pizza cooked great no burned crust bottom, which pleased the wife. They sent out a new igniter module and when I put it in ,everything worked great. The construction quality is great. I have had an Ooni, and used a Kamado Joe to cook pizza, but always had problems maintaining Temps etc. I have no regrets buying the Fontana, and recommend buying with the Saputo stones.
