I purchased a Mangiafuocco oven in the past and have only compliments to give. I just think that the price is a little bit steep. I am planning to buy another oven. Highly considering Fontana.

Dont even think about not buying a hybrid oven. And dont even think about not buying Fontana!!

I am very impressed with our new Fontana Margharita wood burning oven. We have a custom made volcanic wood oven in Portugal, and I was anxious to try and find a smaller and more adaptable wood burning alternative. The Margharita more than surpassed my wishes. It is extremely well built and manages the heat very efficiently. It would take me a good 2 to 3 hours to get my big oven ready to cook, so the 30 minutes this unit takes to heat up is amazing. One of my pet peeves with the big oven is its floor losing heat quite quickly. The Margharita keeps the floor of the oven heated consistently, making my 5th pizza just as good as my first! Well done, Fontana, and I look forward to cooking many more than just pizzas!

I recently purchased the Mangiafuoco pizza oven and couldn’t be happier. I had to leave my last with the house I sold because the buyer wanted it as part of our deal. It cooks pizza great as expected but I’ve recently experimented with steaks and scallops in a cast iron pan pre-heated to 700 degrees. Unbelievable taste! Just like you’d expect from your favorite steakhouse. You need this!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Fontana Fori USA. Their ovens are beautifully built, reliable and deliver authentic hybrid results both wood and propane. Customer service is knowledgeable and responsive.

The personal attention I’ve received from these folks just adds to the flavor of my food. When I moved I left my 100% masonry oven behind and bought one of these. It's more efficient and heats up quicker. The result is I use it more often and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Good people. Great stuff.

I am in the market for a new residential pizza oven for my patio. Fontana Forni appears to have high-quality and excellent reviews. I will be buying one soon, but hopefully waiting for a price break to make it a reality.
