I have called twice to seek their guidance on using my new oven and entertainer kit, and they have been invaluable. The next two new items I want them to add are a light that clips to the dome or frame and lights up the interior of the oven when the door is open, and a Bluetooth temp probe that could tell the oven temp on my phone, so I don't have to stand in the snow to check it when it's coming up to temp. For the temp probe, I would like it to include an analog dial and Bluetooth functionality, and to have it fit in the same place as the standard analog temp probes so it can work with all Fontana ovens, present and future.

I ordered a month go and it’s still not here. Hint: don’t pester customers with four emails a day with tips on how to use the product and asking how they like it before it shows up. Spend that effort getting the product to the customer in A timely fashion

Fontana Forni are the beat ovens out there IMO, and Fontana Forni USA is more than just an importer. They provide walk thru guides, tips, inspiration and more. Due to a 1 month delay wait between my order and the delivery I cannot give them 5 stars, but I believe this is a great company and they have the best oven out there. Very happy with this company!!!
