The personal attention I’ve received from these folks just adds to the flavor of my food. When I moved I left my 100% masonry oven behind and bought one of these. It's more efficient and heats up quicker. The result is I use it more often and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Good people. Great stuff.

I am in the market for a new residential pizza oven for my patio. Fontana Forni appears to have high-quality and excellent reviews. I will be buying one soon, but hopefully waiting for a price break to make it a reality.

I have called twice to seek their guidance on using my new oven and entertainer kit, and they have been invaluable. The next two new items I want them to add are a light that clips to the dome or frame and lights up the interior of the oven when the door is open, and a Bluetooth temp probe that could tell the oven temp on my phone, so I don't have to stand in the snow to check it when it's coming up to temp. For the temp probe, I would like it to include an analog dial and Bluetooth functionality, and to have it fit in the same place as the standard analog temp probes so it can work with all Fontana ovens, present and future.
