It took optimal positioning of the Bridge to even achieve basic consistent results, taping it against a front window. That was then fine for a couple weeks. But now that we are having a lot of rain in Los Angeles, the Flume has been mostly non-functional over the course of many wet days, reviving only at the driest spans of several hours. Overall, the sensitivity of the radio signal to obstacles, distance and water makes this device less than reliable, unfortunately.

Monitor is not recording my usage properly.

I’ve been using the Flume water monitoring device for a little while now and it has made managing my home’s water use much easier.
