This unit is not sensitive enough. Doesn’t offer notifications for drips, etc.

The Flume tech support is fine, but slow for response. I have not yet received my final question yet after submitting my original ticket on 7/20/2025.

It was great to get this Flume device from LADWP, very easy to order, refund applied right away, simple instructions to set up, I had a couple of WiFi issues but got it figured out quickly and now receive alerts according to settings that are easy to change in the app. Good product for making sure we are not wasting water!

Morning face rinse with cold water. Wash dishes by rinse then turn water off. Wash all and put back in sink and when all washed turn water on for a rinse instead of water running through the whole time. Flume helps saving water. A+
