I like it so far. I have to explore it more to take advantage of the information it provides. It doesn't seem to keep enough data history. I have not seen my rebate yet.

I rate 4 stars because there is no customer service to talk to for trouble shoot, had to text and wait for response (and response time was about an hour), which is ok but not that great.

It took optimal positioning of the Bridge to even achieve basic consistent results, taping it against a front window. That was then fine for a couple weeks. But now that we are having a lot of rain in Los Angeles, the Flume has been mostly non-functional over the course of many wet days, reviving only at the driest spans of several hours. Overall, the sensitivity of the radio signal to obstacles, distance and water makes this device less than reliable, unfortunately.

Monitor is not recording my usage properly.
