I got the device via the rebate program by Los Angeles city. The installation was straightforward. It has been working consistently since then. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Very Happy with Flume! I was initially impressed with the idea, and with the ease of setting the system up. Then today I got my first Flume alert. . . Water in a special garden area was accidentally left running, and Flume assisted me to find and turn it off!

The device is great. Ordering the device was very difficult.

This unit is not sensitive enough. Doesn’t offer notifications for drips, etc.

The Flume tech support is fine, but slow for response. I have not yet received my final question yet after submitting my original ticket on 7/20/2025.

It was great to get this Flume device from LADWP, very easy to order, refund applied right away, simple instructions to set up, I had a couple of WiFi issues but got it figured out quickly and now receive alerts according to settings that are easy to change in the app. Good product for making sure we are not wasting water!
