Helpful communication when trying to work out how much we needed to order. Stored the carpet until we were able to arrange a carpet fitter, even extending it by an additional month as we were really struggling. Fitter was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the carpet and it looks great, if a little lighter than it looked in the images.

Found this company through a home site on TikTok! Was looking for a herringbone laminate to match my Egyptian cotton walls and pearl oak colour is a perfect match! I ordered samples for £1. 99 each that come quick helped my purchase. The costs of the flooring went up while I was deciding and customer service helped me understand why the colour went up v other colours still available to purchase. I ordered the flooring during the sale, and had access to the website 2 hours before by signing up via email. The flooring arrived with the name artic oak instead of pearl oak but it’s the same colour compared to the sample. Only downfall is I didn’t realise you could have it delivered up the 4 months after purchase, I would of opt’ed for as it currently sat untill decoration is completed. - overall great flooring, great price, great customer service. Cannot wait to see it fitted.

I was unsure of which colour flooring I should order so called customer service for advice and they were super helpful. They recommended I check their Instagram account and see the accounts that tagged floor street to see more pictures of the flooring. We went for the Popcorn Oak SPC which looks absolutely beautiful, makes all the rooms look bright and really makes our house a home. The price was also the best on the market for SPC! Also placing the order was so easy and delivery was very quick. Even the delivery driver was so nice and polite. 100% recommend!

I moved into my new build house in March 2025 and knew I wanted the desert oak herringbone floor before I even knew I wanted the house. I ordered the floor back in December although I wasn't moving in until March. I managed to change my delivery date a few times with the helpful customer services team as the move in date with a new build can change from time to time. The order arrived on the correct day and the guys unpacked it all into my garage as requested. If you need any encouragement to go with this company or to go with the desert oak herringbone- let this review be it! I have now had my flooring down for over 5 months throughout my entire downstairs. It is hardwearing, hides dirt and looks absolutely amazing for the price! Ordered herringbone flooring last week received my order today. Great thick wood, little different in colour from the pictures but absolutely love it !
