We recently purchased the Scandi Stair Runner along with the Stair Runner DIY Installation Kit and it definitely did not disappoint! I originally thought the stair runner was slightly on the expensive side but once we received it and I saw the quality and thickness of the material I was really happy with our purchase. The installation kit was also a fantastic add to our purchase as everything was cut to size and very user friendly - even for first time installers like us! Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.

My first impression of Floor Street was that they looked a little too slick. Such beautiful carpets, good prices and great social media posts with impressive pictures and videos of a Sikh gentleman who lays carpets with the ease of a man taking a casual stroll. The wife loved the Persian stair runner. We also needed a random sized bit of the same carpet for the landing and as the order form did not cater for half metres, I contacted the shop on WhatsApp, on a Saturday afternoon. With a few messages back and forth about sizes and checking the warehouse on their side, I had a bit of carpet and good price. I was then sent a custom link for the odd sized carpet, the floor runner and I included the DIY installation kit. Placed the order on the Sunday and it was outside my door in London by Thursday morning with a flurry of emails along the way to let me know it was coming. All in all, fantastic service, great prices, gorgeous carpets and good social media with links to other first time DIYers laying carpet for the first time. I will be coming back for the stairs rods.

Easy to use website. Samples dèlivered very quickly. Money back off your sàmples when order placed. Having had several samples from several surpliers. I can honestly say the quality is 2nd to none.

From ordering samples to questions via their WhatsApp support RE colour matching etc Floor street have been super helpful and responsive. Flooring arrived well packaged and on time. Just need to lay it now 😬 However their YouTube video on this is very useful, especially when it comes to expansion gaps and running continuous flooring through a doorway.

Easy to use service, dispatched and delivered quickly. Delivery driver was very helpful too. One box was damaged without 6 boards broken, they replaced these no questions asked with delivery for 1 day later. Very happy overall.
