Fast delivery great product

product is great, delivery times spot on but delivery itself very disappointing. Driver Insisted in leaving pallet across the road despite access to our side being perfectly easy. Seems he planned to be awkward, ringing twice saying our address ""sounds difficult to find"" It isn't.

Ordered all of my downstairs and bedroom flooring From floor Street in the colour dessert oak I saw a few comments Regarding chipping After I purchased, which worried me slightly. We’ve had the flooring down in our bedroom for eight months And have dogs jumping on and off our bed onto the floor. We have had it on the downstairs floor for four months. No chipping !! I also on left over cuts tested how easily it could chip with my partners Stanley, it needed FORCE to cause a slight chip. We do have a no shoes in the house rule to keep it spotless. Could not be more impressed. Also a lovely customer support team. Would defo order again x

The communication before purchase and later was very good. I bumped into the website by pure chance. I liked the products and their affordability when compared to other similar products from different shops. I have not opened the boxes yet as my room is being decorated next week and I don’t want to contaminate the wood with plastering dust, etc. So, I am yet to assess the quality of the surface of the boards. What I find slightly annoying in my experience is that just before I placed my order I had received at least two emails warning me that the sale was ending soon (the last email came two hours before the said end of sale) and the price would increase. I did place my order fearing the price would go up just an hour before the “end of sale”. I was disappointed to find out this was a lie. The sale did not end. A few weeks on, and the price is exactly what it was when I placed my order under pressure. I find this a rather cheeky trick played on a customer who would have placed an order anyway. What a shame…

After looking through the website I was spoilt for choice so I messaged to have a chat with someone. They were so quick to reply and gave me great, clear advice.
