We had a few different companies to choose from as samples. Floor depot where the most efficient and quick to deliver. We have also choose them out of all the different samples. Will let you know if everything else goes as quickly to plan

I have ordered two lots of flooring samples, which came quickly. Some of the flooring colours were a lot different than pictured on the website, however the samples are free and there is also an option for them to send further pictures via WhatsApp, which is very helpful! We have picked the flooring we want and can’t wait to order it and fit it once we return from holiday 😊

Ordering of the flooring is really easy with the website. Just typing your measurements and it calculates everything for you. The only thing that let them down was the third-party delivery service. They turned up a day later than planned and then on the day of arrival four hours overdue The Wait time that I was given via text this isn’t the fault of the flooring company it’s more the delivery company, but it’s just something to pick up on

I purchased vinyl click plank flooring from Floor Depot. The flooring was good quality and the price was good. The flooring took a few days to get delivered by Palletline as it was heavy. The flooring looks great when fitted and is waterproof and easy to clean

It excellent quality

The flooring is of a lovely colour and quality of material good. We only installed it a week ago so time can only tell. We put underlay (so had to buy this separately). Unfortunately, we were short of a few planks and was expensive to buy one packet as delivery charge was nearly £100. A sample would have been handy - as offered before purchasing so was disappointed as this could have been offered when I phone customer services. The delivery guys were good, The goods came undamaged.

Delivered ahead of time, good quality product

Wasn’t the best communication when I made an enquiry. Delivery driver was miserable and was slamming my £1000 floor down in the hallway and showed up 3 hours late without even a courtesy call. Couldn’t get in touch with the courier depot to find out if the delivery was still being made, but thankfully he did eventually show up so 🤷‍:female_sign: mid service.
