Decent quality flooring

I was a bit dubious of buying flooring online but took the chance anyway as i read all the reviews about this company which were pretty good , We ordered some samples which arrived within 3 days & promptly placed an order and within a few days the delivery was here they were to heavy for my wife to lift indoors so the friendly driver carried the 14 packs in for her which was a very kind gesture , top service to them for that and after having the floor fitted we are more than happy with the result such great quality & it looks like real wood so we now plan to do our hallway in the new year & of course we will order from FLOOR DEPOT

Flooring delivered on time, laid it in the kitchen my wife very happy with the result, laminate flooring is a lot warmer than tiles and softer underfoot

This saga has been a nightmare. Over the past two weeks delivery companies have delivered our order to the wrong address, delivered it to us in damaged condition, taken several days to replace the damaged flooring, and failed to deliver the replacement as agreed. Our order arrived by special courier yesterday evening and is not what we ordered. The saga continues. Floor Depot and the Birmingham courier have been helpful and tried to resolve the problem and I’m sure we’ll get there, but so far we have damaged goods, the wrong goods and visitors arriving for Christmas and no bathroom floor.

From obtaining free LVT samples to ordering and delivery the service was 1st class. The planks look great in our hallway and the price is very competitive; would highly recommend.

Made my order took one week to arrive By pallet, not to bad at all. The Tiles are great look great and go down great. I am very happy with the order and the communication.
