Phone options unclear if you just want to speak to someone not in any store. Product not wrapped in bubble wrap do some packs damaged. This happened twice.

The floor is good, it's been layed and looks great. The price was very attractive, so far I'm pleased with my purchase and the seller and I hope the floor will not wear off too soon.

I recently purchased 2 orders First order no issue except delivery took longer than expected considering the high delivery cost ! Second order was delivered damaged All packaging was torn and open the flooring was damaged and chips on most of the pieces After lots of emails I was offered a refund for half a pack Which was not worth the inconvenience Especially as the delivery fee is cost was £50 ! For 3 packs The courier did not deliver my order in tact therefore the delivery charge should have been refunded Will not use this service again

Samples were sent out, unfortunately one was unavailable so made tge decision on the oak flooring we got sent. Packs arrived as stated on delivery details. One tile was damaged which lead my rating to a 4 as spoke to John on WhatsApp customer service and his attitude was under par! Seemed too much agro to send a new tile out, and basically said well you're going to have cuts so use that to save us posting one to you. Floor went down great and glad I got a roller and a fine toothed trowel. Had to use some heavy items to help stick tiles down over night, but they all look fantastic now.

Would not hesitate to use again , samples sent and warm walnut chosen 22 packs only 2 planks damaged, had a query about additional underlay , was quickly messaged back to confirm my query , good communication and lvp not layed just yet but can see the quality of the product .

I ordered some flooring samples, they all arrived within a day or 2. I then requested pictures of certain types over WhatsApp, they were sent immediately. I ordered the wrong flooring and had to completely replace my order with a new one - the original was cancelled and refunded quickly and easily! Really great customer service even when the customer is an idiot :) . . and the flooring looks beautiful (haven’t laid it yet, but I will. . )

Received samples promply but decided to go with another suppliee due to colour only. Samples good quality

All in all a good service. Lost 1 star as advised delivery needed to be on a small vehicle, but it arrived on an 18 tonne. Still delivered on time and they look good.

First time I've used this company. I'll be returning. Jess, was really helpful; the price was good; delivery turned up as expected; communication was good, but mainly the flooring is high quality for an excellent price.
