Good shipping and packaging.

Shipping boxes don't seem sturdy enough to survive the trek from CA to NY. Both tops & bottoms were taped so the contents would remain inside . The vacuum sealed contents were OK but if a less competent UPS driver were moving, loading or unloading they may not have remained intact. This is my 2nd bed so I knew the assembly procedure (easy)

I'm a foot shorter than my husband which has lead to a lot of uncomfortable mattresses. I love the softest mattress possible while he would be happy sleeping on the floor. We usually settle on a medium firmness but then we're both unhappy. I was shocked to see that Flobeds allows for a split queen mattress and had me wondering why all mattress brands don't offer this. We've had our Flobed mattress vZone for about a month now and it is by far the best mattress we've owned. We followed the website's "Firmness Advisor" recommendation based on our sizes and haven't felt the need to adjust anything. Shipping and set up were a breeze. Plus the mattress layers smell like pancakes! (the pancake smell disappeared as soon as we put our sheets on). I would recommend this mattress brand in a heartbeat!

Over many years, I have tried various types of mattresses. The Flobed mattress is the most comfortable mattress. I wanted a non-toxic mattress and that’s very difficult to find. So far, so good. It's been a good mattress protector. My only grip was the initial instructions on the process of cleaning it but settled for just running it through the washer on delicate and hanging it to dry.
