Shipping is amazing and simple. And to put your bed together is made so simple everything is written out exactly how you set up your bed at the shop (if your able to make the trip to fort bragg go it really is helpful and such a friendly staff)

Excellent communication with real people who did not try to upsell me. My old flo bed lasted 21 years and I was happy to duplicate it again.

I will be calling Flobeds for ALL my future bedding needs. They are a one-stop-shopping when it comes to bedding.

This is our second 100% latex mattress with a short (bad) stint on a coil+latex in between. We truly couldn’t be more pleased with our Flobed. I spent many hours every many months reviewing and comparing the latex bed market and while I admit was a little anxious about ordering online sight unseen, both my husband and I are four the first time in decades sleeping well again. Great system, love the swappable layers (we’ve had to make no changes in the 3 weeks we’ve had it). No - like none - offgassing or smells. We slept on it hours later with no smells coming off it. Good for your body, better for the planet, what’s not to love. Thank you Flobeds 💞

We had questions about our current latex mattresses. Our concerns were heard and recommendations were given. The staff knew their stuff and we were impressed.

Great experience all the way around, no hassles, full attention to detail, smooth transaction. . . . well beyond what is expected! Thank you!

This is Gary’s wife. I ordered this bed because I sleep so poorly. I still sleep poorly but I do sleep for longer periods of time and hurt a lot less!! I’m recovering from arthritis and this bed has helped so much!! My allergies are also a lot better and that’s a relief after so many decades!! Best bed ever!! I’ll miss it on vacation. ;(

The customer service representatives were all helpful and took the stress out of the decisions we had to make.

These folks are truly amazing.

Rapid turnaround and reps friendly and competent.

Shipping and service were fine, I just wish the pillow were better

Good service, delivered when expected, came out of the box nice.

Did a review search on the company and came up 5 star. What more can I say.

We absolutely love the travel pillow it’s the perfect size for traveling on our motorcycle since we have to limit what we pack it’s the perfect size. Thank you so much.

I am a total fan of Flo Beds. I have the very best shredded latex pillows. They are adjustable so I can have a couple very stuffed for my arm to rest on as well as one that is lower with some of the stuffing removed adjusted for laying my head on. I also completely love the wool mattress pad. It is cool yet warm at the same time. It is very plush. I literally have purchased I believe possibly 8 pillows overall and 3 mattress protectors for various beds. I had a guest sleep on my bed and they said it was the most comfortable bed they had slept on in a long time and I attributed that to the wool mattress protector.
