Fantastic all around

Excellent experience with FloBeds. What stood out most was the level of product knowledge and customer service. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for rather than simply trying to sell me a mattress. They were very knowledgeable about latex mattresses, firmness levels, body weight, sleeping position, and how the different layers work together. They really helped zero in on the proper configuration for my needs and explained the differences clearly and professionally. It is rare to find a company that combines this level of product expertise with genuine customer service. If you are looking for a quality latex mattress and want knowledgeable people who will help you choose the right setup, I would highly recommend FloBeds.

**Outstanding Mattress and Exceptional Personal Service!** I couldn’t be happier with my experience with FloBeds and the quality of their latex mattresses. From the moment I started researching, it was clear that this is a company that truly cares about making sure its customers find the right mattress—not simply making a sale. A special thank-you goes to Dewey, the owner of FloBeds, who provided an exceptional level of personal attention, knowledge, and customer service. Dewey took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different latex options, and genuinely listen to what I was looking for in a mattress. His expertise and willingness to help made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The FloBeds latex mattress is absolutely fantastic. The quality, comfort, support, and craftsmanship are immediately noticeable. It provides that perfect combination of pressure relief and support while still feeling incredibly comfortable. You can tell that a great deal of thought goes into the materials and construction. What really sets FloBeds apart, though, is the combination of a superior product and a genuinely customer-focused owner. It’s refreshing to deal directly with someone like Dewey who stands behind his product and takes pride in making sure his customers are happy. If you’re considering a latex mattress, I highly recommend giving FloBeds a serious look. And if you have questions, talk to Dewey—you’ll quickly understand why so many people have such positive things to say about FloBeds. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Oh I’m loving my new Flobed and pillows. I’m sleeping better and my back is better for the new firm mattress. Easy to set up and it’s cooling to the touch. Sleeping much better and my days are better for it!! Thank you Flobeds ❤️ Life saver

Dewey took our order and was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! He made suggestions that proved to be wise and saved us a few dollars. I can’t say enough good things about the product and the excellent customer service this company has provided to us for over 25 years!!

I purchased a pillow that was recommended for side sleepers because of it's 'extra' height. What I received was a very soft pillow that I sank into. No extra head support at all. I tried it for 3 nights to see if time made any difference. It did not. I tried to return it based on the exaggerated claims on the website. I was very courteously told that pillows could not be returned, but in this case they would make an exception, if I paid the return shipping. The return shipping charge was almost $50 (for a 5# pillow??). I decided to keep the pillow to give it to someone that wanted a very soft latex pillow.

Only mattress company I will recommend.

I have pretty significant GERD and need to elevate my head while sleeping. But I also needed something that, while supportive, also had a lot of resilience to keep me comfortable as I changed positions during sleep. This shredded latex pillow answers both needs so well. I was easily able to adjust the amount of filling to “just right” for me. So happy to be sleeping so much better!

The customer service is very friendly and fast.

I hate these review requests.

perfect

Start to finish great experience.

I had one of these for 20 years and loved it when it came to buying a new bed, I tried to go with a Sealy hybrid because it cost a little bit less, worst mistake of my life. I just got my new one and will never stray again. Here’s to another 20.

This is the perfect squishy mattress for my aging and arthritic doberman. I stacked her old bed right on top of it and she's loving the extra squish. Seems well made and shipped quickly. Thank you!

I recently changed my Flobed configuration to a medium over firm and I love it! Arrived within days of ordering and changing out one of the layers was simple. Highly recommend Flobeds.

The pillow like a down pillow

This bed has been really great for us after years of searching for a sleeping solution for us both. Very thankful!

I continue to be thrilled with my Flobed VZone king bed! We purchased our King size bed in 2008 and this past year I noticed some cupping on the mattress that was causing sleep issues. I called Flobeds to see if I could resolve the problem. I was able to purchase a new V-zone layer for both sides of the bed at a discount. Customer service was so helpful and it was a huge relief to me to be able to fix our bed with only having to buy a component instead of the typical action of having to purchase an entirely new bed. In 50 years of marriage I’ve never had a bed last like this or have such an awesome warranty.

I first bought a Flobeds mattress over 20 years ago after an extensive online search for a quality product that I was going to spend 1/3 of my remaining life on. After 20 years sleeping on it 365 I can say it was worth every penny I spent on it. The cloth case is still in perfect shape with no pulled stitches or noticeable wear and the base latex still has like-new resilience. However, the egg crate topper finally needed replacing, so I contacted Flobeds in the hope they could still service their product over 20 years later. To my surprise they still had a record of my original order on file and could immediately send a replacement topper! This level of customer service is unheard of today! Yes, the mattress is pricey compared to the "mattress warehouse" cheapies, but I've never regretted getting more than 20 years of good sleep on a Flobeds quality product. I'm delighted with the quality and I can highly recommend them for continuing to service their product.

The pillows are the best I've ever had. Highly recommend
