I wish it don't take me so long to discover Fit-Flavors! It has been so easy to get variety, tasty meals, and nutrition from one source. As one who never had a knack for cooking, thus stopped doing so years ago, Fit-Flavors has been a Godsend!! Fit-Flavors meals and snacks have made up 90% of my daily intake (in addition to fruits and fresh veggies for snacking and/dessert) since I found the Fenton location about 6 weeks ago. I have had a very nice phone conversation with their dietitian and store staff have always been very welcoming and helpful without any pressure. I love that there are several store locations within my work area for me to run in for healthy meal choices (and a weekly protein smoothy!). My weight stopped increasing and has steadily come down since I no longer have the urge to pick up a drive-through meal when in a rush. A healthy meal is just a 2 minute microwave away! I am so grateful for Fit-Flavors!

My boys (10 and 12 yr old) are active in sports, we are on the go all the time. We use the salmon meals, cheeseburger bowl and muscle maker to keep our boys fed well and fueled up. Trying to teach them good habits around nutrition and how to avoid the traps of fast food. fit-flavors is our go to. Save time and keep it healthy!

Had the salmon and broccoli The broccoli was every seedy to where I couldn’t eat it at all. Was not fresh The salmon didn’t have much flavor at all. Was very disappointed in the meal for ad much it cost.
