I love to go into the Creve Coeur location as the kids who work there are so kind and helpful and fun! The store is very clean and well stocked most of the time. The location on Olive is very accessible and parking easy and ample. I would like to add that this fall/winter menu is the very best so far and I have been a regular for a couple years now, the maple glazed salmon is the very best followed by the blackened chicken with that incredible spinach, and the cowboy chili. I make protein pasta tiny macaroni and serve the chili over that.

Great service

Every meal I have had has been delicious and filling. The meals are not frozen and I can pick up for the week or daily, whatever my schedule needs. I’m so glad I discovered Fit-Flavors!

Every meal was EXCELLENT! They are well prepared and the packaging keeps them fresh. The young lady working that day was most helpful, and answered all questions I had. Their service is great, you have a customer for life!

So easy a convenient the food is good and I’m losing weight because it’s like meal prepping and no seconds, it’s probably the best thing I’ve done. The food is so good and the menu changes every two months.

I haven’t tried any of the beef dinners because I don’t eat beef. Love their chicken, turkey and the salmon burger meals. More flavorful than the other places I tried. Try it, you’ll like it.

Love that I can get healthy meals that are fabulous right to my door! I do have to watch the salt and can’t handle too much spicy heat …so more Mediterranean fare without spiciness would be fabulous!

Perfect meals for someone that is focusing on macros and working out. I’m doing a high protein/low calorie diet and Fit Flavors is a perfect prepped meal for my diet.
