Food was very tasty. I enjoyed all of the entrees. Only exception would be the “spicy” labeled meals, I’m a wimp when it comes to spicy foods.

The person in the store is excellent. But even though it seems that there are several choices, I found that every meal I bought had the same texture and taste.

I really liked the Firecracker Chicken! It is on the spicy side, and since I don’t like a lot of spice, I chose not to add the sauce. I warmed the chicken up in the air fryer and heated the rice and zucchini in the microwave. The chicken was great prepared that way! I would definitely purchase this again!

Fit Flavors has been my go to for years for healthy, prepared meals. I have never been disappointed with the quality or taste of their food. I highly recommend them!

None of these things appeal to me. Does not mean they are not good. I do not like buffalo chicken. and not crazy about a cheeseburger bowl. When selecting entrees from Fit-flavors I am seeking healthier options.

My niece and I had great food and smoothies! The atmosphere was low-key and pleasant, the guy waiting on us terrific. The portion size was just right.

Team is always good

I always go into the Creve Coeur store as it is close by and well supplied. Additionally all the employees are always so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. It is a joy to drop in to pick up meals for a few evenings. A couple times a week.
