I went for mt first time recently and the woman working was super helpful explaining everything and helped me pick out a few meals. The meals have all been really good. The variety of available meals and different proteins was great. I will definitely be purchasing again.

You guys are my favorite healthy meals to eat. It has helped me with portion control, saves me time from cooking, and the meals are delicious and healthy. It has helped me lose 35Ibs so far and I just feel better and have more energy to enjoy life. My favorite meal is the maple mustard salmon. All your salmon recipes are truly so fresh and delicious.

The chef's special of the week, steak & sweet corn risotto was delicious! I would love to see it make a seasonal menu rotation!

I've tried five different meals, and four were fabulous yumminess and the fifth was very good. I'm on a very restricted diet (no dairy, no grains, no gluten) and Fit Flavors hit it out of the ballpark every time. I've bought two $7 meals and they were of the same excellent quality. The discount to buy two meals is an outstanding bonus. I highly recommend Fit Flavors!

It’s all good. I do enjoy the one on one with your sales associates rather than a machine, but hey I guess they call that progress.

Fit Flavor is an excellent option for the health conscience, on the go, or those who maybe don’t care to cook every evening or live alone. The dishes taste excellent and satisfy. For some bulk meats - try the air fryer for a little added crisp texture.
