I previously had used another meal delivery service, however, after finding Fit Flavors, there is no comparison in taste and quality. The ability to quickly identify gluten-free, dairy free, and nut free meal's is a huge plus for me since I have recently been given those dietary restrictions. The selections are perfect and not overwhelming. I buy all my meals in the store, and take home, they also offer delivery or you can buy a meal heat it up and eat there. I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchased. Highly recommend you try Fit Flavors. And the smoothies are also really good!!

This is a really good place to get good clean prepared meals that only take just over 2 min in the microwave to table. The meals are really good - they don't put too much or any seasoning on the vegetables (you can season things to your own needs/tastes) and they are always cooked just right. I do wish it was a bit cheaper as it gets a bit much on the wallet for a whole weeks worth of food (for my husband and me it has been pricey for up to 5 days of lunch and dinner). But beyond this, excellent food and the people are a great help with answers to all questions and help getting things, etc!

Their staff is amazing and food options are abundant. Whatever craving you have, they've got it covered - all while keeping your health in check. Couldn't recommend them enough!

The service with Kim and Aiden was awesome ! I felt so welcome I enjoyed the meal right there in the store with my baby.
