Ordering and shipping was great ,I had been talking with Bendix about the value and they thought this valve would work but the ports are wrong on the back side of valve. I called you guys for a Bendix 800705 and you guys didn’t have. Just a little disappointed in a 20% restock fee ,a bit stiff. Thanks

Received a different SKU NUMBER part that needed programming by Dealership, that was not mentioned in the advertisement. After communicating with First Truck Parts proper information was revealed and proper action taken. The truck is back on the road now.

Service was somewhat lacking. It took 5 days to ship my order. An e-mail inquiry was not answered. The customer service person I talked said she would have to talk to her supervisor and could not tell me the status of my order. At least you had the part.

My first experience was excellent. The much needed (and in global short supply) was indeed available. Shipping time was excellent. Now just to get installed. So far, so good. Couldn't be happier up to this point.
