Customer service was excellent. Received the wrong part refunded my money cuz they did not have the proper one and also refunded my stocking fee they made a believer out of me and a new customer! Yes please

I needed a part for my truck and found your company online. At first, I was unsure if the part was genuine, but I decided to go ahead and buy it. The shipping and delivery process was super fast, and the part I received is exactly as described on your website. Thanks for making it easy to buy parts for our trucks.

Outstanding! The (right) part was delivered within two days and installed a week later via the dealership. I’ve been waiting 3 years for this part and while searching found First Truck Parts website. The part works perfectly, I will definitely let friends know about First Truck. Thank you!

The only thing was I thought the software interface was included

Ordering part was easy. Shipped on time and arrived as expected. Packaging was excellent to ensure no damage.

Got here super fast. We will see once the module is installed. Thanks

Great experience

Great parts, great price and fast shipping!

Great prices and quick service and delivery

This is the first time ordering part from you site was very easy to use had all the questions I had with the information supplied. Also shipping and tracking was great kept me well informed. Part will be getting installed on Thursday by dealer thank you so much to your company and employees

Exactly as advertised

Everything was as advertised was shipped in a timely manner and was very happy with the service but could make it easier to talk to a representative

Fair price and fast shipping. Will use vendor again.

The only issue I can say is about shipping. Initially it said delivery in 2-4 days. I was supposed to get it Friday but it took an additional 4 days. Other than that everything was very smooth and easy.

Excellent service

Worked good no problem

Super fast shipping part worked fine. Best price I can find as well. I would order again and I would search here first. Thanks again for getting the part out as fast as you did.

This was a hard to find part but First Truck had a nice selection. Shipment was prompt and communication was great.

Only place I found that had the part we needed.
