Ordering and shipping was great ,I had been talking with Bendix about the value and they thought this valve would work but the ports are wrong on the back side of valve. I called you guys for a Bendix 800705 and you guys didn’t have. Just a little disappointed in a 20% restock fee ,a bit stiff. Thanks

I ordered a 3775689 Holset Turbo. They sent me a 5501254HX which is for a different model of Cummins Engine. Now they want me to pay a 20% restock to have the turbo returned. I'm surprised they send me an email wanting a review.

Received a different SKU NUMBER part that needed programming by Dealership, that was not mentioned in the advertisement. After communicating with First Truck Parts proper information was revealed and proper action taken. The truck is back on the road now.
